Apply to clean, damp skin and massage in gentle circular motions for up to 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Use 2–3 times per week or as desired.

this scrub gently exfoliates without irritation, i used too much , but a little deff goes a long way. and the Glow! after i finished using this roduct i deff saw a diffrence in my in and complextion.
