Thank you for shopping with us at Mariah’s Diamond Boutique. We take pride in providing high-quality, handmade beauty products crafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we have a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any body scrubs, soaps, skincare, or personal care products. Once products leave our facility, they cannot be resold or returned to inventory in accordance with health and safety regulations.

All sales are final.

Refunds

If you experience an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item), please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a clear photo of the item in question.

Approved refund requests will be eligible for a 50% refund of the original product price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery.
